Budget Suites of America

Been here since January 2025 while I have been working, going to school, and working on getting into an apartment. This place is well maintained, it's pretty quiet, and I haven't had to worry about my daughter being safe here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone between homes, or anyone who just wants to live here.

I've had some trouble with bugs in the apartment and small repairs but the staff is very attentive and dedicated to getting it resolved for me. The employees really make this a place worth staying at regardless of the smaller issues. Wendy is absolutely amazing and the sweetest person ever! Though all of the office staff are wonderful! Thank you for your attentiveness and hard work making this a great place to stay!

This place it's what you expected it to be but it's not as bad as most people say there is a an employee that works here by the name of Greg he is extremely nice and very professional and anytime I need help he gets right on it he is by far one of my favorite employees that work there. Also would like to give a shout out to Albert who is a maintenance man there and he also deserves credit because he is one of the hardest workers I know and will do anything to make the customer happy. There's a few bad seeds in the bunch but as long as you deal with who I mentioned you will be satisfied :-). I have lived here for about 2 and 1/2 years now and for the most part it has been pretty quiet and from what I can tell they really crack down on all the bad people that stay there and get them out. Albert & Greg deserve 5 stars they are by far the best employees here

I came to Budget in the middle of moving from one state to the next. There was a snow storm when my family arrived. Everlyn was there to greet us.She helped us get our room in a timely manner. Told me about the stores and food places in the area. She is very kind and kelp things very professional. if I need to stay here again I will because Everlyn made our stay so comfortable!!! 10/10 service I recommend the place.

Hey, I've been at another budget prior to the one in The Colony, and I HATED it. Hated everything about it. But this one. Is completely different! You can tell they take pride in there facility, rooms, and staff. Since day one I've always bee greeted with a smile and helpful answers! My room is clean, no pet odor of paint chippings. :) I'm a happy camper. Management goes out of there way to help you and the staff is very knowledgeable and consistent.

This is the perfect place if you are starting over and rebuilding you life. Its one bill and there is plenty of parking. As of 2/21/2026, there is plenty of rooms 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms available.

Rented room 1001 for a few months and have just left. Room was clean and had no bug issues. Staff was very nice with me and any issue I did have the front desk handled immediately. The only down side was the laundry facilities are out dated and I just used a local laundry mat

Evelyn was such an amazing person . Every time I called she answered very polite and friendly always took care of me ! She is an amazing employer !

The interior was fantastic great customer service fantastic food for room service would definitely return again! Jason was such a sweetheart he helped my poor crippled nana onto the elevator and carried her bags as I wheeled her to our room! The only gripe I have was with their presentation of the bathroom there wasn't enough satin.
